Cancellation Policy
Confirmation Required: You’ll receive an automated confirmation email four days before your appointment. You will also receive a personal email or text from us on the Sunday prior. Please reply to both messages to confirm your appointment.
Appointments not confirmed will be automatically canceled.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule once within a 12‑month period without forfeiting your deposit, as long as the change is made at least 72 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations & No‑Shows: Any cancellations, reschedules, or no‑shows made within less than 72 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
